Financial Policy

Patient Billing Information

Our office accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also have several financing options through Care Credit. All of our prices are designed to be reasonable for our patients, therefore payment is required at the time of service unless arrangements for financing have been made ahead of time. Any questions regarding your account can be answered during your visit or by calling us at 972-696-9273.

Please remember that the patient is entirely responsible for all fees charged by My Family Dentist Garland regardless of your insurance coverage.

Our office sends monthly statements to all patients who have received dental work or have an outstanding balance in that month. Please note that most insurance companies take four to six weeks to respond to requests from our office. If your statement does not reflect changes within this time period, please contact our office for more assistance. Remaining balances after insurance interjection is the patient’s responsibility. Monthly payments must be setup before procedures take place so that financing is in place prior to the procedure.
